Orchestrate AI agents
on your own machine
Skuade runs multi-agent workflows as configurable pipelines of AI CLIs —for software, content, research or analysis— using your own subscriptions. Everything runs locally: your code and data never leave your machine.
macOS · Windows · Linux — free, no extra cost.
Features
A squad of agents, coordinated by you
Each stage runs an AI CLI with a prompt and hands the context off to the next via files. You design the pipeline; the agents do the work.
Truly multi-CLI
Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Devin and GitHub Copilot CLI live in the same flow. Pick the agent and model per stage.
Staged pipelines
Generator stages produce artifacts, reviewer stages approve or reject with a verdict, and validator stages run automatic binary checks (exit code).
Human gates
Any stage can pause for your approval. And if an agent hits a critical doubt, it asks you through a structured form before moving on.
AI-generated pipelines
Describe what you want to achieve and an AI drafts the stages for you. Preview, tweak each prompt, and only then save.
No API keys
Each CLI uses your own subscription via OAuth. You pay nothing extra and load no keys: the app leverages what you already have.
100% local & private
The orchestrator runs on your machine against your working directory. Your code and data never leave your computer.
How it works
From idea to result in three steps
No infrastructure, no servers. Just your machine and your agents.
- 01
Build your flow
Assemble the stages by hand or let an AI draft them from a description. Choose CLI, model and reasoning effort per stage.
- 02
Agents run in stages
Each agent runs its task and hands the context to the next via files. Reviewers and validators decide whether to advance or go back.
- 03
You review and approve
You have the final say at the human gates. The result stays on your machine, in your working directory. Done.
Workflow store
Download community workflows, publish your own
A community marketplace to share pipelines. Find a flow that already solves your problem, import it in one click and adapt it. Built something great? Publish it for everyone else.
- A free account is required: sign in with Google or an email link — no passwords.
- Everything published goes through moderation before it appears.
- Importing only copies the flow to your machine: it never runs anything on its own.

FAQ
Everything you want to know
Is it free?
Yes. Skuade is free and charges you nothing extra: each CLI uses your own AI subscription via OAuth. You only pay what you already pay for those tools.
What do I need to use it?
At least one AI CLI installed and authenticated (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Devin or GitHub Copilot CLI). The app auto-detects which ones you have and offers only those.
Does my data leave my machine?
No. The orchestrator runs 100% locally against your working directory; your code and data stay on your computer. The only thing that leaves is whatever the AI CLI itself sends to its provider, just like using it by hand.
Which platforms are supported?
macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows, and Linux (.deb and .rpm packages).
